This position will play a key role in Aceli’s strategic development, overseeing all aspects of the finance function, including planning, treasury, reporting, risk and compliance.

This role will play a key role in building and scaling Aceli’s Salesforce-based platform, and will design, develop, and maintain system features, translating complex business processes into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

The role will report to the Manager and support the coordination of technical assistance & matchmaking, MEL, and stakeholder engagement in the country.

The Data & Product Design Manager will lead the day-to-day analysis and coordination that inform the design and continuous improvement of Aceli’s financial incentive products.

Aceli Africa is seeking a qualified partner to provide Climate and Environment (C&E) verification services. The selected firm will support the verification of climate and environmental practices implemented by selected agri-SMEs and affiliated farmers working with Aceli’s partner financial institutions in Uganda.

Aceli Africa, in partnership with the Rwanda Bankers Association, is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to conduct an in-depth assessment of the three priority policies and identify additional policy and regulatory constraints affecting agri-SME finance in Rwanda. This Request for Proposals invites qualified firms to conduct an assessment that will be validated by ecosystem stakeholders, including the National Bank of Rwanda, which will inform the prioritization of agri-finance policy reform actions in support of evidence-based advocacy and reform implementation.

Aceli in partnership with the Kenya Banker’s Association and the Agri-Finance Technical Working Group (AFTWG), with support from GIZ AgSys, is looking to support sector efforts to strengthen agri-loan data by developing a comprehensive agri-loan classification framework. This Request for Proposals invites qualified firms to conduct an assessment that generates sufficient evidence and stakeholder insights that will enable a clear determination on whether—and under what conditions—a subsequent phase focused on detailed framework design and implementation should proceed.

The Product team manages Aceli’s incentive program—our core offering. As a Fellow, you’ll work at the heart of this function, reviewing loan submissions from our lending partners to assess their eligibility for incentive payments.
