This position will play a key role in Aceli’s strategic development, overseeing all aspects of the finance function, including planning, treasury, reporting, risk and compliance.

The role will report to the Manager and support the coordination of technical assistance & matchmaking, MEL, and stakeholder engagement in the country.

This role will support the country team in liaising with lenders on lending activity, compiling inputs for program reports, managing relationships with different agri-finance ecosystem partners, and executing evidence building, impact, and learning activities.

The Data & Product Design Manager will lead the day-to-day analysis and coordination that inform the design and continuous improvement of Aceli’s financial incentive products.

This role will support the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of innovation and partnership initiatives, providing analytical, operational, and coordination support across multiple workstreams including Technical Assistance for SMEs, Lender Capacity Building, Innovation, and Partnerships.

This role will join the Product team to support enhancements, testing, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, which underpins Aceli’s operations across East Africa.

Aceli in partnership with the Kenya Banker’s Association and the Agri-Finance Technical Working Group (AFTWG), with support from GIZ AgSys, is looking to support sector efforts to strengthen agri-loan data by developing a comprehensive agri-loan classification framework. This Request for Proposals invites qualified firms to conduct an assessment that generates sufficient evidence and stakeholder insights that will enable a clear determination on whether—and under what conditions—a subsequent phase focused on detailed framework design and implementation should proceed.
